It's hydrating. A very heavy lip ointment that helps your dry lips feeling hydrated. The staff showed me this item. Also lasts a very long time. You only need a bit to use.

Great portable intensive moisturiser
I use this thick, emollient ointment to repair dry lips and cuticles. It does have a slightly tacky finish so don't use it on your cuticles unless you have a few minutes to let it sink in! It doesn't have a particular taste/scent. I love the portable tube. You need to …
