It’s the best tasting energy gel ever ! It also works whilst out a cycle I take it after approximately an hour , it gives me an almost energy burst !

Great for long runs & Marathon training
Great on a long run. The size is good to pack away in a belt or pocket. The packet is easy to rip open on the move and tastes good too. I found the gel easy to swallow and definitely think it gave me a energy lift to keep running.
