This infusion blends the mellow notes of nettle with the cooling and refreshing taste of spearmint and peppermint. The fruitiness of apple and pear brings a balanced sweetness, delivering a delicious blend which is naturally caffeine free.

We’ve also added Vitamin C which contributes to reducing tiredness and fatigue.

Rosehips*, Hibiscus* (20%), Apple Pieces*, Beetroot*, Natural Raspberry Flavouring with other Natural Flavourings (10%), Roasted Chicory Root*, Vitamin C Granules (4.5%), Natural Flavouring. *These herbal ingredients are specially heat treated to make them safe to drop into cold water.

Directions:

Here’s a fresh idea for cold water. Just add one infuser. No kettle or caboodle required. 1. Simply drop an infuser into your bottle and add 500ml cold water. 2. Leave for 5 minutes, then give the bottle a little shake for the flavours to infuse. 3. Best drunk within 1 hour (but it’s good for up to 8, as long as it’s kept out of direct sunlight). 4. Keep your bottle squeaky clean by washing after each use.
