Great for eczema
Use on my daughter who has eczema. It's the only brand thus far that doesn't aggrivate her skin. The cream is thick but find that blotting it on her body & leaving to warm up to body temp helps to spread more easily.

Love the natural ingredients but too thick
Bought for my young boys,, and us, quite thick to spread on fidgety and impatient young boys and so thick it leaves a white ghostly looking film on their faces. Not sure Weleda got that aspect right or took this practical aspect into consideration.
