This Organic Evening Primrose Oil is made using the finest, cold pressed, virgin oil, extracted from the seeds of Oenothera biennis, a yellow wildflower also known as Evening Primrose. • Source of GLA with: Gamma-Linoleic Acid - each capsule typically provides 8-10% • Omega 6 Fatty Acids: Naturally provided by Evening Primrose Oil • 500mg per capsule • Vegan friendly: Including the capsule shell It’s important to know what you are putting into your body. Directions:

Take one capsule per day with or after food. Swallow with a cold drink. Do not exceed the stated dose. You may find your blister pack easier to open after piercing gently.
