Directions:
Drink 1 - 3 times daily. Consume while and/or immediately after workouts. BCAA Level 1: 1 level scoop (5 g) + 400 ml (13.5 oz) water BCAA Level 2: 2 level scoops (10 g) + 800 ml (27 oz) water
