About Katherine Swift,
OMGTea founder, Katherine Swift is a matcha industry expert with more than 14 years’ experience. She has studied the Japanese tea ceremony and spent time in Japan researching matcha and its’ cultivation.
She featured on Dragon’s Den in 2018 and on Food: Truth or Scare as a green tea expert in 2019 and has also participated on panels at industry events.
