6. Free jumping
If you loved trampolining as a kid, visit your local free jumping venue. These trampolining facilities are open to adults and children. They offer classes, open sessions, or the chance to just turn up and have a go. It’s a great way to exercise with friends or with your family.
7. Grassroots sport
Did you love playing team sports as a child? Or are you inspired by the Olympic Games? Make this the year you finally give it a go. Most sports now have a grass-roots initiative to encourage adults into sport. The best route would be via the sport’s National Governing Body.
