I'm a skeptic but these seem to work
“I've tried lots of other things, such as St John's wort and valerian but they made me drowsy but didn't aid a good night's sleep. I thought this was the placebo effect but now feel fairly sure something in it (or the combination) works to help you stay asleep and get off quickly.”

“I brought these for my 16 year old whom is currently waiting to be referred to a sleeping specialist as she either doesn't sleep or sleep walks when she does.
