Not hydrating, not plumping, not an oil
“I was so excited when I saw this, so grabbed it as soon as I saw it. Just finished the tube, it went fast, faster than most of my other lip oils. First this isn't a lip oil, as such, it's more like a balm, which I assumed it would be. It's not plumping at all like it claims. But worse yet, it's not hydrating. If anything my lips were left more dry. The fact that it get's used up so fast is another negative...Definitely not a repurchase, one of the worst lip products I've ever bought to be honest.”
