You can taste the difference when meat is reared with care. As for the protein? It's the natural nutrition your body deserves. That's why our biltong is made with lean cuts of beef – marinated, seasoned, and cured for 8 days.
We grew up on our family farm in Suffolk, so we wouldn't want to have it any other way.

207g of beef used for every 100g of biltong. Beef, Spirit vinegar, Sea Salt, Seasoning (Garlic Powder, Coriander, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Cayenne, Salt, Clove, Chilli), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Nitrite).
