Good n Natural Wild Yam Root Capsules contain 405mg of Wild Yam Root per capsule. Wild Yam has been used in China for over two thousand years. More recently, Western herbalism has recognised its beneficial properties and it is now a popular herb used to support women's health.
Directions: Take two (2) capsules daily, preferably with meals. May be taken as a tea by opening capsules into a cup, then adding hot water. If needed take up to three (3) capsules three times daily for one week. Discontinue use for at least one day after a week of increased use.

Wild Yam Root Powder, Capsule Shell (Gelatine (Bovine), Bulking Agent (Dicalcium Phosphate), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).
