Most of the foods which contain Vitamin B12 are sourced from animals, and this therefore means that it can be difficult for vegans to get all the B12 they need through their diet alone. If you don’t feel like you eat enough of these foods in your diet, then it may be time to start taking an additional vitamin B12 supplement.

Easy to take vitamin B12 supplement
“Lots of us are short of this vitamin due to an inability to absorb it from food which tends to happen as you get older. Treatment is usually a course of injections and a top-up injection every three months. This supplement, sprayed under the tounge or cheek wall is absorbed directly into the blood stream and may help avoid the need for top-up injections. The symptoms of B12 deficiency are those you may recognise: extreme tiredness a lack of energy pins and needles (paraesthesia) a sore and red tongue mouth ulcers muscle weakness disturbed vision psychological problems, which may include depression and confusion problems with memory, understanding and judgement”
