Great Form of Fibre

I only used this on the off chance it helps stop me feeling hungry all day (which it does)! It also helps keep things regular digestively but without upsetting my stomach or giving me any cramps. Really good, worth buying every time. Cheap and affordable.

Eat fat without getting fat

These babbies help me over indulge without the guilt. I personally take at least 4, usually 5 or 6 just before a fatty meal ( most eating out)
