“I have been taking this for a couple of weeks, and upon reading the ingredients and forms of vitamin used, I was disappointed to find that in this product the less active form of B6 is used. For me personally the whole point of taking any vitamin is that my body can utilise it fully, so I wonder why H&B are using a less bio- absorbable form in this product. The key difference between pyridoxal 5 phosphate and pyridoxine hydrochloride is that pyridoxal 5 phosphate is highly efficient compared to pyridoxine hydrochloride. Pyridoxal 5 phosphate or simply pyridoxal phosphate is an organic compound and is the active form of vitamin B6. I do hope that H&B incorporate more naturally bio- absorbable forms of vitamins in it's products soon as well as natural fillers etc.”

“I've been taking vitamin B compiex for years and H&B own brand are always good quality and competitively priced. Even better these had "buy one get one half price" , hooray a saving! However, when I worked it out, four x 30 worked out cheaper than two times 60. So savy shoppers, it pays to do your sums before you pay!”

“I used to always buy B-complex and B12. This has been discontinued. I regularly take these but now this new sort of equivalent, the tablet gets stuck in my throat as I have difficulty swallowing large tablets....Not sure what I can take now as I won't be buying these again.”
