Holland & Barrett Ginger melts are a zesty lemon flavour with ginger. Per serving they contain 30mg ginger root extract (20:1 extract, equivalent to 600mg ginger root), plus vitamins B6 and B12 and vitamin C.

- 0.35mg of vitamin B6 + 2.50µg of vitamin B12 per serving
- 12mg of vitamin C per serving
How to use
- Take one melt per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
