Diabetics/Hypoglycemics: Use only under a doctor’s supervision because this product contains chromium which may enhance insulin sensitivity and may affect your blood glucose levels. Long term intake of amounts greater than 10mg daily of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Long term intake of amounts greater than 4mg daily of Manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Change of urine colour whilst taking this product is perfectly normal due to the presence of Vitamin B2. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.

Directions:
