“I'm in my mid 70s and was experiencing leg cramps both at night and when swimming. “I bought these on the 2nd October, it’s been two months since I’ve been taking them and I can actually say my general health has improved. I had insomnia for three months prior to taking these tablets, I had sensations in my legs and I was just not feeling 100%. Since taking them I feel a major difference in my overall health. One thing I’ll say though it make sure not to take too much in a day, I accidentally learnt the hard way, taking two tablets leads to diarrhoea but this is good to know that I’d 100% recommended these for constipation. Taking just one tablet a day helps to keep me very I regular, I go at least once a day. Will continue to use and incorporate in day to day life :)”
