Holland & Barrett Soya Isoflavones Capsules contain 750mg isoflavones per capsule. Isoflavones are a class of naturally occurring organic plant compounds found in soybeans, chickpeas and other legumes. They are a subcategory of phyto-chemicals and phyto-oestrogens.

Directions:
