Echium seed oil is a new alternative to fish oil for vegetarians and vegans or people who do not consume fish products. Not only is it rich in SDA - a rare form of omega-3 - that offers a superior conversion rate to EPA and DHA, but it also contains omega-6 and omega-9 for synergistic health benefits.

Echium seed oil is also rich in a special form of omega-6 known as GLA – a key active nutrient in evening primrose oil. Echium also contains the omega-9 oleic acid - the important fat typically found in olive oil.
