Skimmed milk powder, isolated soya protein (contains emulsifier: soya lecithin), flavourings, colour (beetroot red), thickener (cellulose gum) green tea extract, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), vitamin mix (niacin, pantothenic acid, riboflavin)

Good value product
Nice well priced maxi nutrition formula giving you that lean definition edge if you work out that bit much further and eat correctly
