Miaroma is an expertly sourced range of essential oils and aromatherapy products brought together to improve your everyday wellbeing both in mind and body.
This wellbeing blend of lavender, orange, cedarwood and valerian root will provide you with precious little moments of self-care, so you can always feel your best.
Miaroma: a scent for the senses
Lavender is believed to be one of the best essential oils for sleep – popularly recommended to those finding dropping off difficult. Creating a sense of calm and wellbeing, there is some research to suggest that the aromas of lavender before bed can aid a more restful night.
Orange oil is comforting and soothing for the mind, it’s said to help aid relaxation. Cedarwood oil has an earthy, woody aroma helping you to unwind and create a feeling of relaxation.
Together with valerian root extract, these three essential oils are expertly blended to prepare you for a relaxing and peaceful night’s sleep.

I do actually find I fall asleep easier when I remember to use it. I don’t have significant sleep issues though, just had been finding it was taking me a bit longer to settle. Seems to be helping and smells nice.
