Lavender is believed to be one of the best essential oils for sleep – popularly recommended to those finding dropping off difficult. Creating a sense of calm and wellbeing, there is some research to suggest that the aromas of lavender before bed can aid a more restful night.

Orange oil is comforting and soothing for the mind, it’s said to help aid relaxation. Cedarwood oil has an earthy, woody aroma helping you to unwind and create a feeling of relaxation.

Together with valerian root extract, these three essential oils are expertly blended to prepare you for a relaxing and peaceful night’s sleep.

Ways to use

• Simply add 6 to 8 drops into your diffuser or burner to fill your room with a calming aroma, creating a relaxing and peaceful environment
• Add a few drops to your bath combined with a base oil for a calm and blissful way to unwind in the evening. Or blend a couple of drops with a carrier oil for a subtle and soothing scent
