Undecided on benefits
“Have been taking these for a few weeks now at 2 a day (says you can take up to 4) cannot tell if there is any improvement but had hoped for better hair, skin and nails. Large tablets which are not the most pleasant to take, will finish the ones I have but probably wont buy more. However, always a great service from Holland and Barrett and good value when are offers are running.”
