Power Bar Gel Fuel is formulated using a special mix of glucose and fructose sources. We call this C2MAX.Consumed regularly during exercise, this mix can increase the amount of carbohydrate that can be digested and used by working muscles.
With 200 mg sodium, to stimulate the consumption of water and to combat sweat loss. Improved formula, more liquid composition. Each bar is 40g.
Full ingredients
Maltodextrin, water, fructose, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, acid (citric acid), flavouring, preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate).

Directions:
Consume 1 gel every 20-45 minutes during exercise with min 150ml water. 1-4 gels per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
