Directions:

HOW TO USE: Suitable for 2 years+. Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast. Capsules can either be swallowed whole or pulled apart and mixed with cold food or drink. Suitable for long term use.

IF TAKING ANTIBIOTICS: Take 2 capsules daily. Allow at least 2 hours between taking your antibiotic and Probio7 Original. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
