More than a multivitamin – this multivitamin tablet has been specially formulated for men 50 and over by adding B Vitamins for Energy Release4 and Calcium for Bones5 – with an Omega-3 capsule to support the normal function of the heart¹, brain² and vision³. The multivitamin tablet contains 22 vitamins and minerals including Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Calcium and Zinc. The Omega-3 Fish Oil capsule contains 1000mg Fish Oil, of which 300mg Omega-3.

Directions:

Adults (18+): Take one Vitamin and Mineral tablet (light blue blister) and one Omega-3 Fish Oil capsule a day (red blister) with a glass of cold water. Take during or immediately after a meal. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.
