Directions:

For concentrated effect: Add 2-4 cups (500g-1kg) to warm bath. Soak and relax for 20 minutes, then rinse.

For relaxation and general skin hydration: Add ½-1 cup (100g-250g) to your bath.

For aching or cracked hands and feet: Add ½-1 cup (100g-250g) to a foot bath or bowl. Soak for 20 minutes then rinse.
