Tom's Teas offers quality fruit blend infusions containing real pieces of fruit. They contain no caffeine, no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. Directions:

Directions hot: Use 1 tea bag per cup, add boiling water, leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes and enjoy! Directions cold: Use 1 or 2 teabags per cup, add boiling water, leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes, place it the fridge to allow to cool or add ice and enjoy!
