Expensive and too big
“These capsules are very large. They are larger that the normal larger sized capsules I used to take of just Cod Lliver Oil & Glucosamine but i haven't been able to buy those lately. And not only are they hard to swallow at this size, but you have to take 2 a day and not just one. That means one pack only last 15 days and I find that far too expensive. They also have other vitamins in them which I do not require as I take specific, and much stronger, pills for the other vitamins I wish to take. I can't tell you if they do anything for me as i found them too difficult to take and I certainly wouldn't take a second one later on in the day.”
