Centrum Pregnancy Care multivitamin and mineral supplement has been specially formulated by our nutritionists to support the nutritional needs of you and your baby. Each tablet contains 19 vitamins and minerals, including the level of Folic Acid supplementation recommended by the Department of Health It is important to start taking Folic Acid when you decide to get pregnant, ideally 12 weeks prior to conception and continue throughout your pregnancy.
