used these a lot they work when you are having a hypo. would be better if they came in a airtight tube because they will go off after some time . so if you are listening dextro put them in a plastic tube for use out doors etc.

The dextrose tablets do give me an extra boost of energy when I’m walking 5 days a week. I nowadays have a pack full in my pocket and when needed I take one of the tablets and on a 3.5 mile walk I usually take about 4/6 of them. Anthony. T south west 18/4/25
