Holland and Barrett very speedy delivery, cla I can’t real review only on them a couple of days the only thing I do find you need to take with plenty of water as the capsule is large and I find if u don’t you can taste it

Wow - super-charged CLA fat-loss and improved skin

I swear by CLA for when I struggle to loose weight off my belly, bum and thighs. So I thought I would give these a try and I am super impressed! They are strong and definitely super charge fatloss when combined with weight training (for women).
