“I’m impressed so far although I’ve only been taking 3 weeks. Absolutely no taste, which is good. Adding mine to cold water (read it had better results that way), and after a good stir does dissolve. Nail’s feel stronger already and maybe skin a little too. I’m a passionate netballer so hoping that being 50 it’ll also help support muscles and ligaments too!”
