What is it?

Holland & Barrett's D-mannose Effervescent UTI Care contains D-Mannose, a naturally occurring simple sugar that can be found in many plants, including cranberries, blueberries, peaches, oranges and apples.

Full ingredients

Citric Acid, D-Mannose, Sodium-hydrogen-carbonate, Corn Starch, Beetroot Powder, Sorbitol, Wild Berry Flavour, Inulin, Sucralose.

Consult your doctor if you have symptoms of a urinary tract infection such as fever of 38^oC (100.4F) or higher, uncontrollable shivering, nausea (feeling sick), vomiting or diarrhea, or if you discover blood in your urine, have an existing medical condition or are taking other medication.

Duration of use: do not use continuously for longer than 30 days. Leave a 4 day gap every 30 days.
