What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?
- This combination contains Vitamin D which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function, and B vitamins including B6 to support the regulation of hormonal activity, plus Folic Acid.
- Asparagus racemosus (shatavari) is a species of asparagus common throughout Nepal, Sri Lanka, India, and the Himalayas. It grows one to two metres tall and prefers to take root in gravelly, rocky soils high up in piedmont plains, at 1,300–1,400 metres elevation.
- Contains Boswellia, known for its fragrant resin. The Biblical incense frankincense was an extract from the resin of the tree Boswellia.
