Directions:
Take five tablets with a large glass of water before each meal, three times daily. It is best to take Fibre Diet 15 to 30 minutes before eating.
Remember, you can continue to take Fibre Diet as long as you need it. Note: When increasing the amount of fibre you eat, make sure to drink more liquids.
