Also known as linseed oil, flaxseed oil is an excellent natural source of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) which is an omega-3 fatty acid. As the body is unable to produce them on its own, omega-3 fatty acids are essential dietary additions.

How do I use flaxseed oil?
There are a few different ways you can incorporate organic flaxseed oil into your diet:
- Swap your normal vegetable oil for flaxseed oil in salad dressing, sauces or dips (don’t use for cooking)
- Add a tablespoon into shakes or smoothies
