Glucosamine sulphate 2KCl (crustaceans), capsule shell (gelatine, glycerine, colour (titanium dioxide)), Fish oil, sunflower oil, emulsifier (soya lecithin), thickener (yellow beeswax), chondroitin sulphate, vitamin c (as ascorbic acid), manganese sulphate, zinc oxide, vitamin E (as mixed tocopherols, vitamin D3.For allergens see ingredients in bold.

Directions:
Take one to two softgel capsules daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
