Capsules enhanced with the addition of Vitamin B6, MET-Rx® ZMA is a unique combination of highly bio available forms of Zinc and Magnesium. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regularity of hormone activity as well as contributing to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc plays a part in the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and in the protection of cells against oxidative stress, whilst Magnesium helps normal nervous system functionality and muscle function.

Directions:
Take two capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking with dairy or other calcium-containing foods or supplements. Do not exceed stated dose.
