Miaroma Orange Pure Essential Oil is 100% pure, natural, sourced from the Brazil and no synthetic ingredients are ever added to any Miaroma essential pure oils. Expressed from the peel, orange essential oil has a sweet, zesty aroma and has uplifting and soothing effects. It is commonly used to soothe nerves and lift the spirit, whilst helping to provide a calming effect on the body and aid feelings of peace and happiness. The art of aromatherapy can be traced back to the great ancient civilisations of Egypt, Greece and Rome where essential oils were valued for their many uses. Aromatherapy oils, such as orange, may be used singly or mixed together to create your own blends.

Directions:
Enjoy the benefits of Miaroma essential oils for massage, in your bath or vaporisation. For massage, dilute at a recommended rate of 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of Miaroma base oil. For bathing, run a warm bath, add 4-6 drops of oil and disperse with your hand. Then relax in the bath for at least 10 minutes to allow the aroma to work. Vaporisation of essential oils can create different moods or can be used to freshen your home. Oil burners or light bulb rings are ideal ways to vaporise essential oils.
