Neal's Yard Wholefoods Madras Curry Powder Contains Coriander, Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Salt, Garlic, Fenugreek, Gram (Chickpea) Flour, Fennel, Cumin, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon
Make a basic curry sauce base using onions, tomatoes and water and add the curry powder when frying off the onions, don’t allow it to burn or the spices will take on a bitter flavour.
