Overnight casein
Very filling and great tasting ,I mix mine with water and had to ajust the amount of water used to get the constancy that was right for me but other than that very happy with the product. Would recommend if you want to try casein

Prepare to be confused
Pleasant chocolate taste and easy to mix. The instructions on the back are really confusing, in one line it says makes a nice beadtime drink, but in the grid lower down it says not to use in the evening.
