Solgar’s Calcium Magnesium plus Zinc tablets is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. This combination of calcium and magnesium with zinc. They give you all-round supplement and support for skin, bones, hair, nails and teeth. This combination of minerals and trace elements contains magnesium which may also help maintain a healthy nervous system . Calcium helps in normal muscle function, health of bones and teeth and normal neurotransmission. This premium-quality mineral blend supplement gives you 1000mg calcium, 400mg magnesium and 15mg zinc per serving.

Full ingredients

Each serving of three tablets provides Calcium (1000 mg, 125% EC NRV) as carbonate, gluconate, and citrate; Magnesium (400 mg, 107% EC NRV) as oxide, gluconate, and citrate; and Zinc (15 mg, 150% EC NRV) as gluconate. Additional ingredients include bulking agents such as microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, and cross-linked cellulose gum; the acidity regulator citric acid; glazing agents including hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), and Carnauba wax; and anti-caking agents such as vegetable magnesium stearate and vegetable stearic acid.

Directions:
