Ingredients
- 1 scoop superfood powder
- 250ml almond milk
- 1 small ripe avocado
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 apple washed and chopped
- 50g spinach washed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 50g almonds
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Cup of ice cubes
Method
Step 1
Blend on high for a few minutes and drink immediately. Sprinkle a little cayenne on top if you like a little spice.
