What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

Pure cod liver oil is rich in essential omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which help maintain normal vision, heart, and brain function - plus multivitamins for vitality.

DHA contributes towards the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA. When combined, EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

Both Vitamins A and D contribute normal immune system function. Vitamin A also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, whilst Vitamin D contributes towards the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system.
