Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother (90%) Honey (10%)

Directions:

Shake well before use. Add 2 – 3 TSPS to 200ml of water or as desired. Add sweetening to taste (optional). Recommended 3 times per day; Morning, afternoon and, evening before or after meals.
