H&B Vegan High Strength ABC-Z has been specially formulated to support a vegan lifestyle.
Our improved formulation provides all the essential vitamins & minerals including extra Vitamin B12 as this is an essential vitamin that can’t be obtained from a vegan diet.
We’ve also included Selenium as this supports thyroid function, the immune system & healthy hair & nails.
Brazil nuts are the only widely vegan source & the Selenium content within them is very variable.
The tablets do have a distinctive smell and this is due to the Selenium.Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, and nails, the normal function of the immune system, and normal thyroid function.

“They’re good supplements nutrition wise but the tablets are sooooo huge!! Even split in half I find the shape hard to swallow. It would be a lot easier if they were half the size and you take two per day”

Great range of vits, if you can stomach it
“The range of vitamins and minerals is great. It’s a good cover-all-your-bases multi vitamin. The tablet is large (because it contains so much good stuff). The smell is unpleasant (probably due to one of the ingredients that your body needs). Remember to take it with a substantial meal to avoid feelings of nausea. Mild nausea after taking tablets can be normal and isn’t a sign that there’s something wrong with them. You just need to weigh up the pros and cons. Overall a good multi vitamin if you’re not too fussy about the size and smell.”

Good vits but awful smell and taste
“I finished the old style container and was told in store the packaging had changed. Fine with that, and benefits are great, but what on earth is with the vile plasticky smell and taste now? I have to hold my breath and nose when taking these as makes me feel sick. Please go back to the original ingredients!”

Great vitamins but HUGE and bad aftertaste
“I haven’t been able to finish my jar of vitamins simply because of the process of swallowing these tablets has become way too difficult. I’ve halved and quartered them, but the taste becomes so bad I can’t physically manage it. If these came as gummies I would definitely buy them because on the rare occasions I’ve managed to swallow one, I’ve felt great benefits!”
