Holland & Barrett Maximum Strength Zinc Tablets are a one-a-day, high potency zinc supplement. Zinc is an 'essential trace element' because very small amounts of zinc are necessary for human health. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, protection of cells from oxidative stress, normal fertility and reproduction as well as the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, normal vision, hair, skin and nails and normal bones. This 25mg tablets are coated and easy to swallow. It can be consumed by vegans and vegetarians. Simply take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
