A crunchy mix of nuts and seeds to sprinkle over fruit, porridge or cereal. I myself combine it with fresh fruit, overnight oats and kefir yoghurt. I find the blueberry/vanilla version to be even more delicious but has to be ordered; I haven't seen it in-store recently.
